The Victor Restaurant at Le Germain Hotel Toronto Mercer reopens, presenting flexible and chic environments, with a retro aesthetic and a finely balanced mix of materials. The large open space is articulated by functional islands made by lacquered wood structures along with upholstered benches covered in oil blue leather. The tables of different size and shape are accompanied by the chairs and armchairs of the Break collection by Bross, which echoes the upholstered decorative motif present on the benches. DesignAgency studio fully handled the restyling, and chose Break (stool version) also for the cocktail area: the gunmetal color of the leather cover matches the counter with a fluid form, with top in grey natural stone and brass details.
