S/O YELLOW is a roasting company for speciality coffee from Munich, which stands for high-quality beans with special taste profiles. By inventing the “Coffee Journey”, with the different city names, it offers orientation and decision support when buying. The roasts stand for the characteristic ways in which coffee is prepared and drunk in the metropolises.

Mission
The task was to design a packaging that is as variable as possible and allows for variations in the bean profiles, product extensions or collaborations. The founder’s African family ties and the coffee’s African roots were to be reflected in the design without using classic clichés.
