The HIRCOST store in Saint Petersburg, designed by NDA Design Studio, reimagines the concept of a retail space for a medical apparel brand. Located on the ground floor of a commercial building, the 80-square-meter store reflects the brand’s DNA through a creative reinterpretation of medical aesthetics.
Stainless steel elements, white tiles, and glass blocks evoke a familiar medical environment, while the black ceiling adds depth and visually expands the space. The fitting rooms are built below ceiling level, creating a sense of openness and enhancing the architectural flow.
The “Scalpel” installation serves as a key visual element, dividing the space and guiding customer movement. The cash desk, crafted from a repurposed surgical table and accompanied by an authentic surgical lamp, adds character and a playful touch while maintaining the brand’s professional look.
The project blends functionality with storytelling, transforming the store into a unique, immersive space that highlights HIRCOST’s commitment to quality and innovation in medical apparel.
