The use of design language in shared spaces convey the unified brand identity of ManpowerGroup to bring together the newly grouped workers from different offices into one in Tokyo. The Design Studio K.K. consolidated three offices into one in the realization of global staffing firm, ManpowerGroup‘s location in Tokyo, Japan.

Shared spaces in the office allowing collaboration and communication to occur between workers thru serendipity. Brand colors from the company logo are used throughout the office interior to exhibit brand identity and values. Millwork and graphics also integrate the designer’s concept and ManpowerGroup’s company ethos by having custom-made tables and onsite-drawings from local artist for the artwork.

Views from the office and furniture placement are also carefully considered to optimize user’s experience thru space usage and the location of the office.
