The Silicon Valley office design integrates the landscape, culture, and user group’s needs, blending colors and architectural elements to mimic the hills and bay, with greenery and nature-inspired interior features, by RMW.

At the Silicon Valley office, great attention was paid to link the design to the surrounding landscape of the San Francisco Bay and rolling hills of the East Bay, as well as the user group’s culture and how they imagined utilizing the space. As such, the interiors were designed using a color palette and architectural moves that correlate to the undulating landscape of the golden hills, tied to the cool, foggy coast where the land meets the bay. The incorporation of surrounding greenery and nature was highlighted with uninterrupted views to the exterior landscaping and an Entry Lobby that boasts a warm welcome with an indoor planter filled with thriving plants and small trees, the inclusion of furniture with planters built into them to house lush plant-life, and wall hung moss installations and photography that highlight the surrounding landscape.

Culturally speaking, this was an office group that wanted to convene. Whether it be for a meeting – large to small – or merely to celebrate the end of the week with a cocktail and a round of pool or swings in the golf simulator, this office provides a variety of breakaway points to satisfy all.
