Bidfood Pizza Academy in Wrocław, designed by mode:lina™ studio, is a space dedicated to training and culinary workshops, where Italian heritage meets modern design. Inspired by traditional trattorias, this academy is not a restaurant but a place where enthusiasts can explore the secrets of Italian cuisine in a unique atmosphere.
The interior reflects classic Italian aesthetics through the use of square tiles in warm, natural terracotta and beige tones. Warm fabrics, including curtain details inspired by classic checkered tablecloths, enhance the Italian ambiance, adding a cozy, home-like feel.
Wooden furniture, minimalist in form yet warm in expression, harmonizes perfectly with the industrial elements of the space. Spherical lamps with frosted glass shades provide soft, welcoming lighting, while spotlights highlight key areas and selected materials. Metal shelving and a raw concrete floor introduce a contemporary, functional character without overshadowing the Southern European spirit of the space.
Amid this harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, the monumental pizza oven commands attention. Clad in gleaming copper, it becomes the symbolic heart of the academy, adding a touch of luxury and warmth. Its presence subtly reinforces the core purpose of the space—mastering the art of making authentic, flavorful pizza.
Bidfood Pizza Academy perfectly embodies the essence of Italian style, seamlessly combining simplicity with sophistication, functionality with aesthetics, and tradition with modernity. It is an inspiring space designed for learning and cultivating a true passion for culinary craftsmanship.
