Calling your pop-up exhibition a ‘museum’ certainly has made us prick up our ears. We’re talking the showcase of toy collectible brand ghostwrite at the newly opened Staple store in the SoHo area of New York City. The ghostwrite museum showcase presents over 100 collectible toys from the brand’s archives, and is the first chance for fans and collectors to see rare and unreleased designs. Although already acccessible, an official opening reception for the exhibition will be held July 24th, and will feature a live break of ghostwrite’s latest MLB Blind Box product. Featuring over 100 toys, most of them at ghostwrite museum are not for sale – mind you, the display includes some of the rarest items from these public releases, but also provides an expansive, archival view of ghostwrite’s three-year history, including dozens of designs that have never been sold or displayed before – a small number of products will be available for purchase in-store. Visitors will also have the opportunity to buy select ghosts from the company archives, museum-exclusive editions, and tie-ins to upcoming releases. © superfuture
