After immersing ourselves in PwC’s values, we designed a flexible, human-centered workspace with distinct areas that enhance the work experience. The reception area features marble cladding and a striking spiral ceiling in curved gypsum. The three-floor auditorium meets high acoustic standards with sound-absorbing materials like woven vinyl and perforated wood, while curved surfaces enhance sound diffusion. A cozy amphitheater with a U-shaped layout offers a welcoming gathering spot. The FnB area, with its curved sofas and pastel tones, encourages social interaction. The Gym, Wellness area, and Meet n’ Play provide rejuvenation for employees. The Experience Center and Boardroom feature premium, tech-focused designs, including meeting rooms, a theater, flexible desks, and a skylit Boardroom. The overall design conveys a homey feel with textured surfaces, soft textiles, natural materials, and pastel hues. Height-adjustable desks, lounge areas, tiered seating, and meeting pods support employee well-being. The project aims for LEED and WELL certification.
