Crocs has reopened its 34th Street destination store, the brand’s second major New York redesign in four months. Following the Broadway Icon store, this refreshed four-storey unit now brings the latest evolution of the global Crocs concept to one of Manhattan’s busiest retail corridors.

Just steps from the Empire State Building, the store offers 6,300 sq ft (585 sqm) of retail space across two trading floors, making it one of the world’s largest Crocs stores. The redesign introduces an elevated experience with intuitive zoning, a reworked flow and a contemporary aesthetic that reflects Crocs’ growing cultural presence.

Guests enter through a digital archway and slatted atrium framing seasonal stories, with The Grinch currently taking centre stage. Classic clogs line the perimeter, with the Fuzzy range leading the offer. Dual Jibbitz Bars sit alongside a personalisation workshop nook, plus a recycling chute and limited-edition product area toward the rear cash desk.

A digital lightbox and NYC mural guide customers upstairs to the first floor, where Lifestyle, Crocs @ Work, and Kids & Toddler collections sit within storytelling-led displays and generous seating for trialing footwear and stepping away from the 34th Street rush.

Building on the momentum of the Broadway Icon store, this location pushes Crocs’ New York expression forward with a refreshed fascia, updated materials and a reimagined Crocs’ experience.
