Continuing its nationwide expansion, the ROOST apartment hotel chain has now planted a flag in Austin. Here in the Texan capital, the hospitality company has secured a location on the premises of Paseo, a modern, 48-storey apartment building in the city’s downtown area. The newly opened ROOST Rainey, designed entirely by Method Studios, the in-house design firm of hotel chain owner Method Co., features just 59 units. Catering to today’s savvy leisure and business traveller, the property offers apartments in five categories and sizes, and obviously, they come with all the comfort, amenities and facilities this demographic requires. Solo travellers can opt for the studio or one-bedroom apartment, while groups can also be accommodated—following the two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, the four-bedroom apartment is top of the bill at ROOST Rainey. Each of the apartments is meant for ‘real living’ in a contemporary way, featuring a homey yet stylish design.
Turkish rugs and lush plants are paired with Italian cabinetry, and the amenities and services which include King-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, glassware and tableware, a smart Roku TV, a washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, and weekly housekeeping. And as ‘real living’ equals ‘good living’ at ROOST Rainy, the hospitality concept is paired with a string of facilities, provided by Paseo, that make a stay here even more alluring, such as a pool, spa, and fitness centre with workout studios, along with a selection of elevated onsite food and beverage concepts. The latter includes Daydreamer Coffee, a friendly ground floor café offering a variety of coffee concoctions, seasonal drinks, pastries, and a range of curated. Up on the twelfth floor, a pool deck awaits, overlooking Lady Bird Lake with bar service and cabanas, while also situated here is Amaya, a casual rooftop dining destination serving modern Eastern Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a focus on shareable mezze and light fare. © superfuture
