Really authentic Italian pasta requires passion and chef/owner of Pasta Remoli has spades, investing in a fantastic new restaurant space with an engaging on-trend family feel. This new restaurant in north London is a home from home, colourful, inviting with hints of Lazio. Customers are greeted with fresh produce displayed in the window and within both bars. There’s an abundance of great food.
Freshly made pasta is dried and displayed in the windows, the bar is bright and inviting with the adjacent pasta bar giving customers a fast and friendly take-away option separate to the main dining area. Design Clarity used rope detailing, orange rubber tubing, rustic timbers and bright furniture to create a flexible space oozing personality to suit diners for all times of day. The mezzanine dining level has a vine-covered veranda creating an outdoor patio feel, a nice contrast to the industrial distressed brick wall on the ground floor. This wall has stencilled branding, handwritten menu specials on an oversized brown paper scroll and playful wallpaper graphics over the cosy, mismatched seating clusters.
The lighting is quirky with sassy copper bowl pendants and spaghetti-styled bulbs hanging over the bar. These eye-catching features encourage the passersby into this welcoming, premium space and the familiar menu items ensure they stay for dinner.
Design Clarity worked meticulously to ensure the quality and detailing from concept to construction documentation, alongside impressive contractors to carry out the fit-out of this latest Pasta Remoli space. Buon Appetito!
