The new local of Pastelería Arrese is placed in middle of Bilbao, near the Gran Vía street. The connections between the bakery and the coffe shop are similars to the connections between inside and outside the local. The establishment is opened to the exterior with large windows that can be opened in sun days. The predominant finishes are black, white, copper, mirrors and wood. The warmth atmosphere finds by theatrical lights in strategic points.
