Biga is a new brand of Deli Boutiques that serve a variety of unique breads and pastry all around the country. This store it’s a 200 sq. m glass box, and the challenge was to design a café with a small bakery and shop into it, without cover any glass panel. All the functions were located at the heart of the area, leaving all the glass panels clean. The concept is a Modern Paris chic atmosphere. The space combines deli, pastry shop and cafe. Customers from the entrance can smell of the aroma of home-baked cookies and an atmosphere of “small jump to Paris”.
