The ‘Work & Turn’ table, is a CNC-cut and milled project by French studio atelier JMCA. Competed at volumes’ Paris co-working office Fablab, the furnishing can be used as a dining space, cooking station, or multi-purpose work area. ‘Work & Turn’ gets its name from its ability to rotate 180°. This is accomplished by creative leg design, which allows them to folded to 120° to provide rotation clearance. In addition to its rotating surface, the station has embedded plugs for laptops/devices/etc., and two extension leaves that make the piece more than four meters in length.
