German luxury luggage maker Rimowa has opened a 220 sqm store at 153A New Bond Street, decorated with aluminium sheets reminiscent of an aircraft’s fuselage. It is a very design-oriented concept store, showing how luggage specialists are now adopting the imagery typical of fashion and luxury goods. Rimowa has recently chosen the top model Alessandra Ambrosio as brand ambassador.
