Here, the border between the kitchen and the table is abolished.
ARVI is shaking conventions to return to the essence of human experience in food and beverage. It expresses a free kitchen, strong in character, carried by the same team, from the stove to the customers.
By defining the circulations of the staff and work’s logistics, we have designed a dining room that revolves around a kitchen composed of three large marble-like ceramic islands. The custom-designed wine cellar facilitates service by its storage and serves as a separation between the dining room and the entrance. From the dishes to the ustensils, all the details have been thought out so that the restaurant stands out in Quebec City.
