Hadera, 2017

We were approached by the leading pastry brand ‘Sloshet Ha Ofim’ to design their first bakery.
The boutique bakery, located on Hadera’s main street, was designed with clean lines and a light classical touch.
The classically stylized mill work and the modern steel shelving help create the desired old-new combination.
The turquoise-blue flooring adds a sense of romance to the space which is balanced by the concrete texture of the walls.
A large Belgian window, situated between the kitchen and the retail space allows a pick onto the working bakers.
