Helping the world’s biggest online cycle retailer turn a natural disaster into continued success. The Edge team makes a global virtual store become a reality store in a period of just 7 days. Chain Reaction Cycles are the worlds biggest on-line retailer who also have a retail shop within their Head Quarters in Northern Ireland. Our engagement was borne from a natural disaster… a local river burst its banks and their retail shop was destroyed.

Within three weeks the brief was established and the plans agreed… 2 weeks later the retail unit was underway with the design on lighting, flooring and ceiling being commenced and completed prior to the retail furniture being manufactured and installed. Using skills in visual merchandising learnt from the High Street we created a showroom/retail experience reflective of their Global status. Understanding the client and their customers allowed a certain ‘WOW’ factor to be experienced whilst browsing the merchandise.
