Alexander Vorobyov’s new restaurant has opened at VLADIVOSTOK Grand Hotel & SPA on
Vladivostok’s Korabelnaya Embankment. BENUAR was concieved as an extention of Moscow-based The Toy project, but without direct associations. Fine dining place by day is turning into restaurant with show program by night. The idea came from the location — the seaport, so the space is bright with the vast glass area, reminding of Mediterranean Cipriani restaurants. Balanced by textures, materials and space interiors here are to make customers feel comfortable, just like at home or on a yacht (two walls of the restaurant open onto parapet behind which the seashore begins): relaxed, feeling the place meets their highest expectations.
