Project One designed a progressive work environment in Sydney for ISPT, focusing on optimizing business operations and creating a visually appealing space with high-end finishes.

Following a highly competitive pitch process, Project One were awarded the contract to deliver a spec fit out for ISPT at 345 George Street working very closely with Cadigal. Through considered planning and design, we met the core objective in offering a progressive work environment to optimize business operations for the professional services sector. Designed by Project One with specific attention to the arrival experience, suite of meeting rooms that overlook the historic clock tower of Martin Place, alternating work-settings, wellness elements, design detailing and high-end finishes. Under the management of CBRE Project Management, we worked collaboratively and creatively with the Cadigal and ISPT teams.
