Commissioned by Household, Millennium Contracts had the opportunity to transform The White Company’s 32,000 sq ft office based in Shepherd’s Bush in London.

The goal for the project was three-fold: to create a bright and welcoming space, increase brand awareness, and promote a collaborative working style.

With this mission in focus, we used a combination of elegant finishes, branded messages, and subtle colours to create a workspace that feels like an extension of their stores. Moreover, we installed various workstations, including hot desks and booths, to help encourage collaboration among employees.

We used ‘All White’ by Farrow & Ball for all the internal finishes, creating a calm and serene aesthetic. The white colour continues throughout the office, giving the space a luminous and cohesive feel that enhances natural light and provides a fresh feel.

Our team has effectively balanced the clean design backdrop by adding wooden furniture, which introduces warmth and a natural and inviting look throughout the space. Also, the choice of wooden flooring helps reinforce a homely feel, which aligns with the brand’s ethos.

In contrast, black metal fixtures add a modern, minimalist edge that contrasts beautifully with the warmth of the wood and simple colour palette. The result is a sleek, contemporary feel highlighting the brand’s sophistication and attention to detail.
