Hayon has designed a new the new restaurant – Le Sergent Recruteur – which lives by the motto ‘live, eat and rest’ has just opened its Hayon doors in the heart of Paris – 41, rue Saint-Louis en l’Ile / 75004- with the talented chef Antonin Bonnet at the helm in the kitchen. The restaurant is all about simplicity, harmony, warmness and eloquent uniqueness.

Looking at the overall atmosphere, intimacy and comfort abound. This is a space that you can imagine savouring great tastes with your friends lounging in style, cheeks flushed from drinking red wine.
