Studio X was appointed by lululemon to deliver their Pacific Place flagship in Hong Kong, a high-volume retail space doubling as a platform for community events, workshops and brand activations.
Balancing expression of brand identity with operational clarity, the design establishes a consistent framework that ensures relevance across product categories and customer journeys, allowing the space to evolve without losing coherence.
The layout prioritises circulation and discovery, with distinct zones for apparel, accessories, and lifestyle product. Material selection is aligned with lululemon’s sustainability commitments, natural finishes, considered lighting, and a restrained use of digital to support rather than dominate the product experience.
The main floor zone, organised around clear product hierarchy and natural traffic flow from the entry threshold.
Flexible event space within the store footprint, designed to accommodate yoga workshops and brand programming without compromising the retail layout.
Material palette detail, natural stone, warm timber, and soft-diffused ceiling lighting, aligned with lululemon’s global design standards.
Pacific Place, Hong Kong. 3,400 sq ft, completed 2024.
