A month back, we announced that Freemans Sporting Club was opening a new 6500-square foot-shop, barber shop and bar/restaurant in Aoyama district, Tokyo. This time, we’re bringing you a visual update of the brand new three-story facility, with the barber shop on the top floor, the tailor shop on the second, the sportswear store on the ground floor, and the bar and restaurant in the basement.

Bringing an authentic piece of NYC’s culture to the upscale Tokyo neighborhood, the original immovable front facade was deemed unsightly by designer Taavo who instead had the innovative idea to cover it with a printed synthetic scaffolding screen with bricks, windows and cloud reflections.
