Dupont innovation center was created for the development and presentation of the company’s innovative products. This is the core of the Moscow office combining image-building and workspace functions.

The design is based on the idea to create a high-tech space that will encourage creative and business activity, as well as provide a glimpse of future. We aimed to highlight the fast-moving nature of the company, its focus on scientific development. This is the reason for the dynamic shape of the installation with screens which comes first when you enter the room, the shape of showcases and the overall interior arrangement.

There are three main areas and we strived to emphasize as much as possible the specific purpose of each of them.
– Entrance area where expressive turbulent walls with screens and exhibits welcome visitors. The central object made of Corian flies apart into five touchscreen displays corresponding to five principal business lines of the company. To the left one can see a curved wall running through the whole interior with exhibition cases sprouting out of it.

– Work area overlooking a spectacular scenery with a tailor-made table of Corian at the center. The table and the chairs were designed higher than usual so that people would have to negotiate and talk almost standing up rather than relaxing in comfortable armchairs.

– Multifunctional central space embraced by concave walls. This area may have diverse applications, such as an exhibition room with mobile showcases, a conference hall for up to 100 seats, or a brainstorming round table. The concave walls encircling this space serve as projection screens.
