Nautica floor lamp by Liam Petrie-Allbutt

December 18th, 2013 by retail design blog

The ‘Nautica’ Floor Lamp is the first floor lamp design by Objekts. Designer Liam Petrie-Allbutt draws from his former timber boat building roots and passion for the Victorian coastline and inspired by hand-crafted European furniture.

The lamp head adjusts in a pivoting action for convenient light direction. The light source itself is an eleven watt LED panel, which provides a smooth flood of warm light. The ‘Nautica’ floor lamp is Melbourne made with a key drive to support local manufacturing.
