FIU Restaurant Management Lab by Echeverria Design Group, Miami – Florida

EDG created a school lab restaurant based on a full service 200 person dining room, wine tower feature, wine tasting area and a teaching bar and kitchen lab. The kitchen was designed to incorporate the latest video technology to support the restaurant lab and customer experience.
