Emakina Offices by YAD Initiative, Paris – France

December 29th, 2015 by retail design blog

YAD Initiative has developed the new offices of digital agency Emakina located in Paris, France.

The new office for Emakina is located in the center of the Haussmanian Paris. Therefore the space is composed by two old pitched attic apartments made one. The physical separation is enhanced by a large bare steel girder. With a direct entrance by elevator in the office, the space is a 200 square meters open plan, with bench and lounge area. We decided to let the wood structure visible so it gives a cosy feeling and allow a zenithal glass to give sunlight all day long.

The identity of the brand was reinjected into the space, thanks to materials and finishes. Clear wood, steel, black, white and grey are creating an intemporary place. The classical looks is reinforced thanks to designer furniture and new contemporary pieces that matches smoothly. As a digital transformation office, we tried to manage a space that is without wire visible at first sight.
