February 29th, 2016 by retail design blog

Titan Eyeplus is a leading eyewear brand in India and with years of leadership behind, the brand was seeking to re-invent itself into a fresher, more relatable, non-clinical and an upgraded experience with a unique identity that caters to a wider audience.

In-depth study and analyses of the dynamics of the business, brand perceptions, customer and staff experience in different tiers of cities across India, resulted in the brand being visualized as much more vibrant and synonymous to the product range. The soft form with sharp edges in the logo combined with hues of blue make the brand come across as very own able and dynamic at the same time.

This new brand personality flows seamlessly into the space as well, with its colors, tints, collaterals, tone of voice and imagery. From distinctive treatments for categories to intuitive and characteristic fixture designs; from highly facilitative interaction island to creating a brand feature out of product delivery system ; from sunlight simulator feature for sunglasses to self explanatory lens selection unit; every brand touch point in the customer journey has been carefully choreographed and designed to give a smooth, unexhaustive and enjoyable experience. The brand now is an evolved experience which not only celebrates its products, but also evokes a modern, contemporary and very approachable recall value.
