The new Nespresso boutique in Munich occupies 450 square meters of floor space on two levels:
GROUND FLOOR
Welcome Desk: A Nespresso coffee specialist in this reception area greets guests and guides them in the right direction of the boutique, depending on their needs, preferences and time availability during each visit.
Event Area: Interactive options enable customers to become more intimately acquainted with Nespresso’s diverse products. Thanks to innovative touch-screen technology, guests can playfully discover Nespresso coffee machines, accessories and Grand Cru coffees, and they can also learn the latest news about Nespresso.
Club Room: In an elegant atmosphere, those new to the Nespresso global brand community can learn more about the offers and advantages of the Nespresso Club. A coffee specialist presents the Nespresso world and its diverse services, and also takes time to listen to club members’ questions, suggestions and requests.
Discovery Room: Visitors in this area can learn more about the Nespresso universe of coffee expertise: from the assortment of Nespresso coffee machines, to matching and purposefully-designed accessories to enhance all coffee experiences. Visitors can also further discover the ultimate coffee experience in this area with a coffee tasting by one of Nespresso’s coffee specialists.
Pick-Up Area: This service area offers Club Members the opportunity to order their coffee, accessories and coffee machines by telephone from the Nespresso Club, to pay for ordered items, and afterwards to receive the delivered merchandise in the boutique. Visitors who would like to spend more time in the boutique can pick up their orders here at the end of their visit.
UPPER FLOOR
Exclusive Room: This area is dedicated to Nespresso Club Members who are already familiar with the brand and who would like to shop at their own pace. Thanks to the latest RFID technology, Club Members can help themselves to their favorite Nespresso Grand Cru coffees from a dispenser along the wall. They can then complete the purchase at the automatic cash desk. A coffee specialist is always available to answer questions and to offer advice.
Boutique: A Nespresso coffee specialist in this area offers boutique visitors the opportunity for a personalized and informed engagement about the range of Nespresso Grand Cru coffees and other products.
Coffee Room: Highest quality coffee lies at the heart of the Nespresso brand and this area was created for Nespresso Club Members, giving them the ability to discover the wide range of the 16 Grand Cru coffees. Club Members can select and taste new varieties or limited editions for the first time and thus discover their favorite coffees.
