At fashion label Hugo Boss’ store on Paris’ Champs-Elysées, a designed communications campaign is based on two characters who meet and fall in love. The concept is currently on show in window displays, in-store installations and also used on Boss’ website. It depicts the story of ‘Juliette’ and ‘Louis,’ showing their first encounter and rendezvous to discover Paris together.

The window displays are arranged as a sequence as the story unfolds; inside, shoppers can also find other related items, like illustrated postcards they can send to loved ones, and a pop-up installation of a Parisian park bench setting.

The quirky and cute cartoon-drawn characters were created by Parisian illustrator Angéline Mélin. The communications campaign and displays can be seen until June 2012 at the Hugo Boss Champs-Elysées store and online. The concept was realized by Stuttgart-based LIGANOVA, a brand retail company that specializes in marketing concepts for companies like adidas, Levi Strauss, Nespresso and Porsche.
