The program foresaw the creation of a cosmopolitan restaurant within a 5-star hotel. The space, rectangular, is accessed through the hotel’s main lobby, opening simultaneously on a great showcase to the street. A glass volume (a space within a space), lush for its orange coating with a more sober filling, either by colours or by orderly disposal of all equipment. The privacy and comfort of those who eat in there is assured by the curtains in the large spans of glass, drawn or collected as desired.
