Bread & Butter Berlin 2013 Summer – Onitsuka Tiger

September 5th, 2013 by retail design blog

More than 60 years after Kihachiro Onitsuka began designing sports shoes in Kobe Japan, Onitsuka Tiger continues to carry out Onitsuka-san’s vision of remaining the authentic Japanese Sports Lifestyle Brand. Inspired by its roots in sports and its Japanese heritage, Onitsuka Tiger pioneers urban style by blending the detailed craftsmanship of contemporary Japan into its imaginative aesthetic.

Onitsuka Tiger’s philosophy is based on Kaizen, a Japanese word meaning continuous improvement which has driven the brand’s product development. This also drives the momentum behind innovation and the aim to inspire new generations of Onitsuka Tiger fans.
