The new restaurant project Amaltea Jardín de Sabores is located in the living heart of the Rosrio nightlife, the Pellegrini Aveneu. The space it develops in the middle of the block, occupying almost 56 meters length, on the ground floor of an old house. The idea was to give life to a warm meeting place, rescuing the existing structure and completely changing the design and setting.

Entering the restaurant we found the living, a very versatile space, usable both morning and night, continuing for the newly renovated lounge, with wooden furniture and the bar with a small bakery, a warm environment is perceived to consume a breakfast or a working lunch.

Across the entire room is the strongest point of the restaurant, the patio. This space was zoned and divided into two distinct parts: the terrace, a quiet place for lunch and dinner and the beer garden, more informal space for a quick bite and have a beer at night. Everything was thought out and designed to bring warmth and a simple but effect selling. From the black walls, wicker furniture, green wall, to the name: Amaltea, a stunning mythological figure who inspires safety and recalls beautiful places of the past, to bring to the present this new ‘garden of flavors“.
