This was the project to open the Japanese ramen noodle restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. We considered it was a key to make our customers feel ‘Japan’ since we were bringing a real ramen noodle restaurant from Japan. Then, we decided to present those key elements in the restaurant such as Sakura, Mt.Fuji, Ninjya, with which we believed Vietnamese can easily associate their imagine of ‘Japan’, by using the traditional Japanese craft materials such as washi, kumiko, and kiriko glass in the interior. Here we have competed the New Japanese Design with a combination of the Japanese tradition and the Ho Chi Minh life style!
