It may seem as though Sennheiser is giving in to the headphone “bass wars” with its new range of URBANITE headphones. The two-headphone collection, featuring on-ear and over-the-ear models, boast “massive bass,” but Sennheiser promises much more than boom: the URBANITE headphones are said to have much better balance and sound clarity than their competitors in this category keeping the low-end loud, but in check.
The Sennheiser URBANITE collection features metal construction with soft fabric pad headbands in some of the best colors we’ve seen on consumer-level headphones. The Sennheiser URBANITE line also folds nicely for portability and features integrated phone controls and microphone in the cable.
