The characterless exhibition centre has been given a new identity: old-style cacophony has been overlaid with a new and harmonious vibe. A beautiful new hall has been added to the old buildings, and the former chaotic muddle of juxtaposed language, architecture and routes through the complex is at once echoed and resolved in a signage system that draws on the forms, colours and formats of flag design.
