A small alley concept will flows from the façade into the inside of a restaurant for young people, family members to gather up and enjoy Vietnamese cuisine especially the famous beef hotpot.
Main purpose of the design is to evoke the feel and the atmosphere of street vendor’s food stalls in an alley within bustling Saigon. Bringing a familiar yet joyful feeling as enjoying food at the restaurant is what the design aim to.
This Vietness together with the street style touch has contributed the “Vietnamese Alley” concept. It illustrates the scenery of Viet local alley which make customer feel comfortable and intimate with the restaurant.
