Crafted in Germany and assembled in New York, these optical illusion Wedge Rugs were designed by Brad Ascalon for Hatch Hub, a web-based democratic design community and retailer. The rug’s colored panels seem to pop up in 3D and, the perspective changes depending on one’s vantage point. The pieces are available in three distinct sizes and palettes. The small has panels of bordeaux, cherry, and anthracite. The medium and large both have neutral panels of sandstone and granite and colorful panels of wedgwood blue and chartreuse, respectively. All of the rugs complement each other, and, whether used as floor or wall art, bring bold dimensions into any home or public space.
