KARAT is a candleholder which is manufactured in Switzerland, made up of three parts. The inspiration for KARAT  was drawn from the depths of the Swiss alps millions of years ago. The light, the purity and the strength of the crystals have always fascinated people. The geometric shapes keep producing various new shapes and aesthetic light reflections on the faceted surface. The considerable weight of the individual aluminium castings allow for an intuitive and firm stacking.

The stackable candleholder encourages its user to take part in shaping its appearance and design. Just like every mountain crystal is unique, KARAT can be stacked in a variety of different ways: units can be added, reduced and rearranged, making its shape change continuously.

In 2014 the candleholder KARAT has been rewarded with a Red Dot Award: Product Design.
