Valencian brand Missana just launched its last proposal for their most vanguardian colection The Novelties. After the successful launch of their Oslo chair and Valentino bench, today below the name Cosmo the handcrafted upholstery brand presents their new seater sofa designed by David Galvañ y Manuel Bañó from La Selva.
Cosmo rethinks the traditional scheme of sofa, creating a multifunctional, versatile and customizable proposal. A sofa which adapts not only to the characteristics of the space containing it, but to the needs of the user who inhabits it.

Missana is a group of warm persons passionate about the world of upholstery. LaSelva is a design studio operating from Spain and Mexico. After years of experience working with brands of international stature as BoConcept (Denmark), UCH CEU University (Spain), John Lewis (England), University of Valencia (Spain) or Central Saint Martins College of Art (England), Manuel Bañó and David Galvañ cover ranges of products based on new needs and user profiles, with a great fixation for detail and the study of new materials. Manuel Bañó and David Galvañ have been awarded prizes and mentions such as Cevisama Indi (Spain 2011 and 2013), StarckPack Awards (London 2012), Design a cool cup by BoConcept (Denmark 2012) and Valencia Produce (Spain 2014). They have been present in international design fairs such as Nude Feria Hábitat Valencia (Spain 2012 and 2014), Fiera Milano Rho (Italy 2014), Ventura Lambrate (Italy 2014), Abierto Mexicano de Diseño (México 2014) and Designboom Mart (Stockholm 2015).
