Johnny’s Markets Store Design & Branding by Square One Design, West Michigan

April 23rd, 2015 by retail design blog

In 2014, Shell station owner WDP decided to overhaul the customer experience at its 60+ convenience stores throughout the Midwest. Every touch point was redesigned, extending from the Johnny’s logo to coffee cups, natural wood cabinets, concrete floors, custom signage, and employee uniforms. The friendly personality and market-like atmosphere has created a positive experience for Johnny’s customers—180 degrees from the typical gas station convenience store environment.

These are some awesome designs! I definitely think they’ve got a great almost minimalist vibe in this new logo – good move on their part to go with this!
