The localization story starts outside with a two-story, faux-faded mural of local producers. Inside, the focus continues with works by local artists, chalkboards highlighting local ingredients, jars of local produce on display, and videos of scenes from Cleveland’s lakefront. A mix of modern and traditional furniture is welcoming amid industrial-style signs, exposed concrete floors and walls, reclaimed materials, and a manned charcuterie station. Suspended sheetrock ceilings provide intimacy in the bar area, and Tectum panels in the dining area absorb sound.
