Mare mare is an artisanal soap that is made with vegetal or mineral ingredients. It is basically made of organic coconut oil, purified water, vegetable butter and other ingredients such as fruits, flowers and seeds which are selected depending on the season to give the product its final scent. Mare Mare soaps are made in small batch and the batch number is marked by hand on every soap.

The name Mare Mare was chosen so it would have a reference to two things, first its origin: the Yucatan; and second, the sea because mare in Italian means sea. Also the logotype plays with the repetition of the word mare in a way that it could be read backwards. For the packaging a cotton paper was selected to wrap every soap by hand. We tried to avoid directing it to a specific gender and focused on reflecting the pureness of its ingredients.
