The Varieté is part of the redevelopment of former port areas on the western shore. The theatre is attached to the adjacent hotel building by a glass joint. Under its copper curtain different functions are combined: the closed room with a monitor surface turning of the outwards, south of the water glazed restaurant area and the dance club with a terrace opens to a wide view of the river.
