LIWRU is a furniture that satisfices the necessities of reading, its main function is to stand out the book that is been reading and in this way not to forgetting it. It’s common that when a book is read you keep it on the table or in a drawer and with the passage of time it is forgotten. Using LIWRU the book is fused with the furniture, depending on the size of it gives the shape of a variety of designing compositions and this is way it’s highlighted.
LIWRU has three divisions, in which are impressed three white color symbols, in it you can place many objects essential for the reading: glasses, lens, reading lantern, book separators, highlighters, pens, post-it, etc.
Its name comes from the native idiom Quechua “LIWRU” that means reading.
Manufactured on cadboard, CNC Laser Cutting and with a revetment of veneer with two types of decoration: natural zebrano and alerce fume. In LIWRU you can place books of 25 cm of width and a thickness of 2.5 cm.
