Plume Group’s newest restaurant CVCHE is 1,400 sq ft and is situated on Wyndham Street, near Lan Kwai Fong, Central. The concept of this restaurant was inspired by the deep sea. Light fixtures emulate coral, bubbles and sea life. The open kitchen acts as a stage for the cooks who prepare and cooked food in front of the guests. The concept is inspired by the deep sea with elements inspired by choral, bioluminescence, jelly fish and light reflectance in water.
