Moving from the Financial District to Hudson Square, Fogarty Finger helped this trading firm develop a sleek, contemporary aesthetic in a former warehouse building. Playing into existing industrial elements of the space, from exposed concrete floors to bell-shaped columns, select elements such as wood slat ceilings, blackened steel frames, and contemporary linear lighting were added to create a balanced and open working environment.
