O Mercado is a new restaurant area at the Lisbon’s airport to serve clients from all over the world. 500 sqm that gather several concepts, like Aloma or Fábrica de Pastéis de Nata, and products like natural juices, brewery, wines, and others. In the center of the space it has been at a kiosk for fresh produce such as salads, juices or fruit. The palette of materials used for the study includes natural stones for flooring, marble, oak wood, bricks and hydraulic tiles that help to create the informal atmosphere of urban markets.
