Contract Workplaces has designed the new offices of beverage distribution company Lindley Corporation, located in Lima, Peru. The new office project was conceived according to the latest trends in workplaces taking into account transparency, integration and collaboration together with the need to have a smorgasbord of spaces for different types of tasks. The result is an avant-garde space in which modernity and tradition are perfectly combined.
The new offices are located on the 10th and 11th floors of the Park Office La Molina building. The office project was aimed at making the most of natural light and the extensive views of this privileged area of Lima surrounded by hills. At the same time, the starting point of the project was the idea of having a wide array of spaces for formal meetings, trainings and phone calls together with areas for resting, exercising, games, coffee and spontaneous meetings, to name just a few.
With a view to strengthening the integration concept, a large gathering, entertainment and relax area was projected. This area includes the coffee shop, a playroom and a gym. In an effort to relax the office atmosphere and foster teamwork and creativity, a range of tactics were put into practice so as to favour informal meetings and gatherings.
